Silicone-coated parchment provides release and oven resistance for baking; greaseproof paper is suited to wrapping and lower-oil contact applications. Select paper weight, coating and print method against the actual food, temperature and dwell time.
Recommended operating range: -40 to 260 C; recommended continuous baking use below 250 C.
Keep cartons dry, sealed and away from direct sunlight or odor sources. Store flat in a clean warehouse; do not use sheets that are wet, creased through the food-contact area or contaminated during handling.
Sheets are packed in inner polybags or paper bands, then placed in moisture-protective export cartons. Roll cores, retail sleeves, printed cartons and pallet labels can be specified before production.
