Configured for 30 × 40 cm and 40 × 60 cm perforated trays, plus custom dimensions for oven-rack inserts and proofing-board liners.
Typical finished weight: 85–150 g per 40 × 60 cm liner; 0.60–0.70 mm nominal thickness with ±0.10 mm tolerance.
Open silicone-coated mesh structure with a clean, reinforced edge; the liner is flexible enough to release baked goods without rigid tray handling.
For bread rolls, croissants, frozen dough and crisp-base pastry in rack ovens or convection bakery lines.
Silicone-coated fiberglass offers flexible handling and even heat transfer; PTFE-coated fiberglass is preferred for higher-temperature, dry-release applications. Confirm the final polymer and operating temperature for the intended oven, grill or production line.
Recommended operating range: -40°C to 230°C (-40°F to 446°F).
Allow the product to cool flat, wash with warm water and a neutral detergent, then air-dry completely. Do not fold sharply, cut on the surface or use abrasive scouring pads.
Standard packing is a protective polybag with a paper insert or sleeve; retail boxes, barcode labels and master-carton marks can be specified for the target channel. Final carton quantity depends on the finished size and pack format.
