Designed for 30 × 40 cm and 40 × 60 cm perforated bakery trays; custom cuts can match baguette trays and rack-oven sheet pans.
Typical finished weight: 90–155 g per 40 × 60 cm mat; 0.65 mm nominal thickness with ±0.10 mm tolerance and fiberglass mesh reinforcement.
Fine perforation pattern through a silicone-coated fiberglass mesh; reinforced, sealed edges are used to limit yarn exposure during wash cycles.
Suitable for baguettes, viennoiserie, par-baked rolls and crisp-base pastry where underside airflow is required.
Silicone-coated fiberglass offers flexible handling and even heat transfer; PTFE-coated fiberglass is preferred for higher-temperature, dry-release applications. Confirm the final polymer and operating temperature for the intended oven, grill or production line.
Recommended operating range: -40°C to 230°C (-40°F to 446°F).
Allow the product to cool flat, wash with warm water and a neutral detergent, then air-dry completely. Do not fold sharply, cut on the surface or use abrasive scouring pads.
Standard packing is a protective polybag with a paper insert or sleeve; retail boxes, barcode labels and master-carton marks can be specified for the target channel. Final carton quantity depends on the finished size and pack format.
