Which length works for detailed pastry finishing?
The 14 and 16 cm options offer a compact tool for nearby work. Choose a longer length when the plate layout or workstation calls for greater reach.
Are all 23 cm versions exactly the same measured length?
No. The nominal 23 cm size is the ordering designation. The table records 23 or 23.8 cm reference measurements for the corresponding finishes.
What does SUS304 on the handle mean?
SUS304 is a stainless steel grade designation. This product series uses 304 stainless steel; the marking does not specify the decorative finish process.
Can these tweezers handle delicate fruit garnishes?
The narrow tips suit positioning small fruit pieces and herbs. Use light pressure and support soft decorations during placement.
How should colored finishes be cleaned?
Wash with mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge, then dry. Avoid steel wool, abrasive cleaners and pressure that bends the tips.
