Product specifications
Product-specific technical notes
Stock references are 30 × 40 cm, 40 × 60 cm and 42 × 29.5 cm; the 40 × 60 cm option is intended for European bakery rack trays. Custom cutting is controlled to ±2 mm against the approved sample or drawing.
Reference construction is 0.60 or 0.70 mm silicone-coated fiberglass, approximately 95–165 g per 40 × 60 cm mat depending on thickness. Finished thickness tolerance is ±0.10 mm after curing.
A smooth release face is laminated over woven fiberglass reinforcement. The perimeter is trimmed and silicone-sealed; rounded corners can be specified to follow a rimmed tray profile.
For repeated cookie, pastry, roasting and deposit work on bakery trays, especially when a brand needs printed batch marks, a controlled tray fit or private-label presentation.
Fiberglass-reinforced silicone is more dimensionally stable than a solid silicone sheet and stores flatter; solid silicone is thicker and grippier for bench work. PTFE-coated fiberglass is the alternative for dry, higher-temperature release applications.
Recommended operating range: -40 to 230 C; recommended bakery use up to 220 C.
Cool flat before washing. Use warm water and neutral detergent, rinse, air-dry flat, then store rolled loosely or flat; do not crease, cut or scour the silicone face.
Bulk supply is normally 1 piece per protective polybag, 50 pieces per export carton; retail programs can use a paper sleeve or color box, with carton markings and barcode labels approved before production.
Commercial bakeries, commissaries, bakery-equipment distributors and private-label bakeware brands.
