Product-specific technical notes
Stock formats are 30 × 40 cm and 40 × 60 cm for bakery trays. Custom cuts can follow rack inserts, proofing boards or oven trays, with a ±2 mm finished-size reference after drawing approval.
Reference thickness is 0.60 or 0.70 mm with ±0.10 mm tolerance. A 40 × 60 cm mesh liner typically weighs 85–105 g depending on open area, coating weight and edge treatment.
Open silicone-coated woven fiberglass mesh with fine perforations for airflow. The perimeter is reinforced and silicone-sealed to protect the yarn ends during normal wash cycles.
For bread rolls, croissants, baguettes, frozen dough and crisp-base pastry in rack ovens, convection ovens and bakery production lines.
Open mesh improves underside airflow and moisture release; a smooth silicone mat gives a more continuous release surface for cookies or caramel. Perforated paper is disposable, while this mesh is intended for repeated cleaning cycles.
Recommended operating range: -40 to 250 C.
Allow to cool, shake out loose flour, then wash with warm water and neutral detergent. Air-dry flat and store flat or loosely rolled; avoid sharp tools and abrasive brushes in the mesh openings.
Bulk reference: one liner per polybag, 25 pieces per inner bundle and 50 pieces per export carton. Retail sleeves are available for small sets; custom formed or oversized pieces require a carton review.
Industrial and artisan bakeries, frozen-dough producers, bakery-equipment distributors and private-label bread-tool brands.
