Product-specific technical notes
The standard base is for a 9 × 5 in loaf pan (about 23 × 13 cm), with an overall sling footprint of approximately 38 × 28 cm. Custom pan base, wall and handle length are made from the approved loaf-pan drawing.
Reference construction is 0.65 or 0.70 mm silicone-coated fiberglass mesh. A standard 9 × 5 in sling typically weighs 45–60 g; thickness tolerance is ±0.10 mm and finished outline tolerance is ±2 mm.
Open woven silicone mesh supports airflow around the loaf; two extended handles and the perimeter use a reinforced, silicone-sealed edge to improve handling during normal pan transfers.
For sandwich loaves, sourdough, quick bread and meatloaf in bakery test kitchens, retail bakeware sets and small-batch bread programs.
A mesh sling allows lifting and airflow where a flat silicone mat cannot. Parchment slings are disposable and can be cut to fit, while this reusable version offers a finished reinforced edge and repeat-use format.
Recommended operating range: -40 to 250 C.
Cool before lifting, wash with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse mesh openings thoroughly and dry flat. Store flat or loosely rolled; do not pull the handles around sharp pan corners.
Typical retail packing is one sling in a polybag with paper sleeve or color box, 24–48 units per export carton. Bulk packs use protective polybags and carton dividers where needed.
Bread-baking brands, loaf-pan suppliers, baking-subscription boxes, bakery test kitchens and private-label retail importers.
