Product-specific technical notes
Standard footprints are 30 × 40 cm, 40 × 60 cm and 42 × 29.5 cm half-sheet. Custom cuts are controlled to ±2 mm once the pan’s usable area and corner radius are approved.
The 0.60 mm version typically weighs 95–110 g per 40 × 60 cm sheet; the 0.70 mm version is approximately 110–130 g. Finished thickness tolerance is ±0.10 mm.
Choose a smooth continuous silicone face or a fine-perforated silicone-coated fiberglass mesh. Both use a trimmed, sealed perimeter; the perforated version is selected for airflow rather than maximum continuous contact.
Smooth: cookies, biscuits, caramel and pastry. Perforated: bread rolls, croissants and crisp-base pastry. Both formats suit reusable tray-lining in bakery and foodservice operations.
Smooth silicone-coated fiberglass gives predictable release; perforated mesh improves airflow. Solid silicone is better suited to a heavy worktop mat, while parchment is a disposable alternative for single-use workflows.
Recommended operating range: -40 to 230 C.
Cool, wash with warm water and neutral detergent, air-dry fully and store flat or loosely rolled. Never cut on the surface or fold the fiberglass core sharply.
Bulk reference is one mat per polybag and 50 pieces per export carton. Retail sleeves, color boxes and 2-piece packs can be matched to the chosen surface and format.
Commercial bakeries, foodservice distributors, bakery-equipment suppliers, home-bakeware brands and private-label importers.
