Construction
Reference construction is 0.60 or 0.70 mm silicone-coated fiberglass. A 40 × 60 cm mat is typically 95–165 g depending on thickness and pigment loading, with ±0.10 mm thickness tolerance.
Surface and edge
Smooth nonstick silicone over fiberglass mesh; the edge may be color-contrasted or matched to the face, and is sealed after trimming to protect the woven core.
Production use
For branded bakeware collections, subscription-box sets and commercial tray liners where color continuity across the range is part of the product brief.
Material comparison
Pigmented silicone-coated fiberglass keeps the flexible, reinforced tray-liner structure while enabling brand color. Solid silicone has a thicker, more rubber-like feel but is not the preferred construction for large repeated tray liners.

Wash with neutral detergent, dry completely and store flat or loosely rolled. Avoid prolonged contact with strongly colored oils or abrasive pads, which can affect the cosmetic finish.
