Product specifications
Product-specific technical notes
Configured for round, square and loaf-pan sizes; confirm top diameter, base diameter and pan depth before die-cut approval.
Typical basis weight: 38–45 gsm; caliper 45–60 μm with ±5% basis-weight tolerance. Die-cut dimensions follow the approved pan drawing.
Silicone-coated or release-treated paper with die-cut edges; it is a single-use, unreinforced liner shaped to the selected pan profile.
For sponge cakes, pound cakes, loaf cakes and bakery production where rapid pan turnover is more important than reusable-liner handling.
Silicone-coated parchment provides release and oven resistance for baking; greaseproof paper is suited to wrapping and lower-oil contact applications. Select paper weight, coating and print method against the actual food, temperature and dwell time.
Recommended operating range: Confirm temperature limit for the selected paper grade before baking.
Keep cartons dry, sealed and away from direct sunlight or odor sources. Store flat in a clean warehouse; do not use sheets that are wet, creased through the food-contact area or contaminated during handling.
Sheets are packed in inner polybags or paper bands, then placed in moisture-protective export cartons. Roll cores, retail sleeves, printed cartons and pallet labels can be specified before production.
Industrial bakeries, foodservice distributors, confectionery brands, packaging converters and private-label retail programs.
