About this product
Specify thickness, material grade and finished dimensions together. Roll orders need width and length; cut-sheet orders need a piece count. A heavier coating or a new fabric construction is a material-production project, while cutting an existing grade is a conversion order.

Fiberglass provides the supporting fabric; PTFE forms the release coating.

Finished sheets and raw or slit rolls have different quantity units.

Cutting, finishing & private-label options
Cutting an existing material is a separate route from producing a new weave, coating or color. Keep the finished-liner quantity and raw-material area visible in the order.

- Keep the liner away from direct flame and exposed heating elements.
- Use the liner in the equipment-approved position and keep airflow openings clear.
- Clean without metal scrapers or abrasives; replace sheets with worn coating or exposed fiberglass.

How is a roll order measured?
Order area equals roll width in metres multiplied by roll length in metres. State both dimensions and the number of rolls so the material quantity and slit-roll arrangement are clear.
What is the MOQ for PTFE-coated fiberglass sheets & rolls?
Use 10 m² as the starting planning quantity for the standard format or material route. Printing, custom color, new construction and retail packaging have their own minimums shown above.
What is included in a private-label order?
Define the finished product, artwork, pack contents, barcode and care text. The approved sample and pack proof fix the supplied selling unit.
How are food-contact documents specified?
State the destination market and intended food-contact use. The document scope must match the selected material and finished construction.
